Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Zephyroxoeghimia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws and EU regulations.

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

This template reflects the standard withdrawal form under Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Swedish law through the Distance Contracts Act.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

3.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been tampered with

4. Return Process

  3. Pack Securely: Package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Timeline

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (where applicable under EU rules), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (where a return is required), we will notify you of the outcome if needed. The refund will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

  • Where inspection is required, we aim to process refunds promptly after approval
  • You may see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider

6.2 Refund Amount

We will refund:

  • The full purchase price of the product
  • The original standard shipping cost (if applicable)

We may deduct from the refund any reduction in value of the goods if this resulted from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

11. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped:
